I am head of customer relations. I manage the quality and appearance of the store. I manage the point of service. I am in charge of intake and outtake of customer items. I work with a solution oriented team that creates a successful work environment maintained my strong communication practices. I follow the guidelines and procedures established by Apple Cleaners. I enjoy my present position and find it to be very relaxing.

I welcome guest at the door with a warm greeting. I seat tables. I am charge of keeping reservations and moving open tables. Reservations are taken online, over the phone, and in person. We use an ipad with the square for a POS, which I easily learned. I answer questions with confidence. I am ready for any accommodation should it be needed. I maintained customer satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, responding promptly and acknowledging all guest. However busy and whatever time of day. I reviewed the daily business levels, anticipated critical situations and planned effective solutions to best expedite these situations. I began as a market research interviewer at LAGG Services LLC. I conduct customer satisfaction surveys recording people’s opinions of certain companies. I consistently meet or exceed the hourly quota. I have been a top interviewer since arriving on my first day on January 16, 2013. Upon February of 2015 I was promoted to supervising editor. I am responsible for reviewing data and editing the copy acquired by over 100 interviewers. Since my promotion I have trained over a third of our staff either one-on-one or in a group setting. I provide new employee orientation, coaching, and counseling. Also, I motivate employees. I worked closely with the head of staff keeping up-to-date status reports and coordinating appointments. I maintained and supervised over 100 employees. I presented options and alternatives to assist in making choices. I reported any unusual request or occurrences. I performed other duties as assigned. I worked nights, weekends, and holidays. The position required dexterity, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual activity, and on occasion lifting and carrying at least 40 pounds. I implement disciplinary action as needed and in consultation with higher authorities. I enforce policy and procedures. As a representative of management I support the mission, vision, strategic plan, and goals established by LAGG Services.

I reporter news stories from around the Southern Illinois region. I one man banded all my stories, wrote scripts, edited, and voiced my pieces.

I created news television graphics for the live student run newscast, River Region Evening Edition. WSIU TV and RREE is a PBS affiliate of the Southern Illinois area.

I interned at WTAX 1240 AM for Michelle Eccles my senior year of high school in 2005, as part of the Illinois Governmental Internship Program. IGIP, a work study program for high school seniors, is no longer in existence due to budget cuts. I reported local news from Springfield; shadowed local reporters; and prepared news updates for the adjoining stations.
