B Green is an established solar marketing company focusing on providing quality sales opportunities to solar companies nationwide. With 5 of the top 10 solar companies as clients (and many others), we are consistently growing and evolving to meet our client's needs. We focus on quality and measure success in signed contracts. Our client's report an average of 10 - 20% lead to close ratio and a remarkably low marketing cost per acquisition. We also provide a positive, productive and lucrative environment for our 30-40 solar advocates here in Lakewood, with an average pay of $18.00 per hour. I started as an outbound solar agent immediately after relocating to Colorado in September of 2012. After 8 months of top performance, I was promoted to Call Center Supervisor. I hired and trained new hires, coached the agents and managed performance. I then moved to Quality Manager, where I oversaw the quality department and began to mold (with the B Green team's help) the shape of our quality program and training program today. In September of 2014 I was promoted again after a 5 week maternity leave to Client Relations Manager. I used my customer service (and sales) background to support current clients and on-board new clients. In addition to client services, I continued to oversee the quality department and training program. Luckily, not much sales is needed when all of your business comes from word of mouth and there is consistently a waiting list for our services.My most recent promotion was to Director of Client Relations. I greatly enjoy being a part of B Green, with an amazing team of people and clients and an industry that is growing by the minute.

TextlinkBrokers is an internet marketing company focusing on organic search engine optimization. Starting as a customer service agent I spent a year supporting account managers with current and potential client inquiries and issues. I was promoted to a new role of campaign coordination. Along with leadership, I (and the team I worked with) spearheaded the reputation management campaigns for several large corporations with efforts to combat negative reviews on popular sites including RipOff Report, Wikipedia and Complaintsboard. I handled the customer service aspect but focused on reporting. I enjoyed analyzing the data and learning the inner workings of organic SEO while tracking the negative review site rankings decrease over time. I was promoted again to Project Coordinator with the professional services team. My mentor was a professional project manager and I very much enjoyed learning about the project management pathway. I again focused in reporting and documentation.
