Developed the Nielsen Innovation Practice business – a merger of Affinnova, one of the fastest growing research and marketing technology companies, and BASES concept testing – by driving revenue management process for CPG account group, including development and review of pipeline and establishment of account plans. Developed managerial, client service, and sales capabilities in Director and Manager-level direct reports. Accomplishments: Exceeded 2015 and 2016 revenue goals.
