- Created a Continuous Open Bidding plan for the chapter, as it was never done before in the past- Execute/Coordinate all recruitment mechanics, including hosting workshops, facilitating education, and managing logistics for 250 active members- Oversee membership integration of 85 new members- Create and manage three separate budgets adding up to around $30,000- Lead Membership Experience Team, including the Director of Membership Education, Director of Recruitment Events, Director of Membership Selection, Director of Lifetime Membership, and all subordinate committees and chairs- Attended Tri Delta National Collegiate Leadership Conference (CLC) in April 2023 in Dallas, TX as officer representative of Gamma Tau (JMU) Chapter - Served as a member of the executive team responsible for the entirety of the chapter

- Lead and manage 43 first graders, 4 youth counselors, and 2 counselors in training- Create daily schedules that ensure the campers safety and enjoyment- Direct line of contact with parents and Cluster Directors- Send weekly emails and update calendar for parents
