-Facilitated all new hire training and worked with Eli Lilly’s Diabetes training team as the Diabetes Training liaison for NovaQuest at Eli Lilly’s head quarters. Ensured that NovaQuest mirrored Lilly’s field training activities and sales meeting content. Successfully managed 127 new hires through eight 6-week training programs that covered everything from diabetes disease state to use of the Call Activity Tracking System. Attended 4 individual Centers of Excellence (Minneapolis twice, Boston and Miami) and coordinated the attendance of 300 additional team members. Worked with Regional Directors, and reported to the National Sales Director and the Contract Liaison. -Managed the activities of 4 regional sales trainers on large scale training initiatives such as: Insights, Crucial Conversations and Generational Diversity
