Collaborated with the Turner Family Center for Social Venture's management and board chairs to develop their guiding skills and knowledge framework for the education of graduate students pursuing careers in social enterprise. Designed a tool, methodology and implementation strategy for measuring health education and practices for youth in Lwala, Kenya and the surrounding communities, which was later expanded to encompass Kenya's East Kamagambo region. The tool was informed by educational programming run through the Lwala Community Alliance and the multiple departments and.

In collaboration with ImPACT Africa, I worked with a six-person team to develop supplementary online learning modules for Kenyan Registered Nurse Anaesthetists at Kisumu Regional Hospital.

Chengdu, Sichuan, China

Oversaw the development and implementation of the guidance program for 9-11th-grade Chinese students in the AIC Chengdu office, with a heavy focus on interest development, critical thinking skills, and personal growth. In addition, I worked as an education consultant, advising college-bound Chinese students on the US application process.

Gathered qualitative data from inpatients at the UChicago Hospitals for the Hospitalist Research study, aimed at improving quality of care, in addition to training and managing incoming research assistants.
