As an Owner of Implementation Services, LLC, I was a member of the leadership team and was accountable for internal operations and field support. I performed various functions within the start-up consulting firm including, human resources, information technology, marketing, sales, field support, and office management.

Directed the flow of new title inventory from external vendors to the distribution centers. Also responsible for maintaining revenue and inventory level reports (utilizing MS Access and Excel), working with a team to implement a newly established procedure for the fulfillment of "assembled" orders, and managing the company's General Reference Promotion Schedule.

Performed various customer service functions for internal sales representatives, including the maintenance of high profile accounts, special orders, and A/R adjustments. Worked closely with account executives to develop new procedures for packaging orders according to specific customer requirements.As Remainder Project Coordinator, worked as a liaison between distribution operations managers and project directors to develop and implement an efficient procedure for processing and distributing orders for remaindered books. Utilized MS Access to design and run queries to gather information on availability of remaindered product at multiple distribution locations. Project revenues surpassed $11 million in 18 months.
