Red Dragon Outfitters is SUNY Oneonta's go-to retail connection for all Oneonta gear. Duties include: assisting customers while also completing store keeping tasks and also working the cash register in a fast-paced environment, stock and replenish merchandise according to the store layout, organize and clean the store when possible, and alert customers about upcoming sale events and promotions that are being offered.

Deer Run is one of the multiple Adventure Bound locations in the country. I had the responsibility of the campground store working face-to-face with guests while answering phones in a fast-paced environment. Spoke with guests about their future and past reservations both in person and over the phone making reservations and taking payment. Often accountable for fulfilling all product invoice requirements. Earned management trust by opening and closing the office and store. All the while fostering a positive work environment by consistently treating all employees and customers with respect and consideration.
