I think I first realized that troubleshooting was one of my strengths when I was an electronics technician in the Air Force. Troubleshooting electronic circuitry in the combat communication vans we were wiring for deployment in the middle east was a welcome challenge for me and a very important technical task for our team to accomplish successfully for our fellow service members. Troubleshooting... that's really all that sales is. Providing solutions that solve problems. I further developed my troubleshooting skills through formal education. My favorite subject was continuous process improvement and total quality management. I enjoyed applying the application of what I learned at work and in every I do. My references will tell you that I go the extra mile to help them no matter where in the world they are.Today, I've been designing biometric-enabled mobile applications for government and non-government customers to help them overcome identification-related challenges. The most rewarding feedback I received from one of my government customers was that my solution helps them create peace of mind in their community through rapid identification of the unknown. Identification challenges are only increasing in our communities. We needn't be afraid of technology when we can harness it for good and productive purposes. Education is the key.It is easy to become all work and no play, but I believe in balance. For fun, I enjoy outdoor adventures and sports, competitive racquetball, gourmet cooking and country music/dancing.
