Supporting the Rutland Board of Health in running a municipal vaccination clinic in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have vaccinated approximately 75,000 of our Massachusetts friends & neighbors. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, coordinating inventory (Vaccines from Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson as well as ancillary equipment), coordinating medical and administrative volunteer staff, setting up clinic sites (indoor and outdoor drive-through events), communicating with Mass State Dept Public Health officials, various municipal teams (BoH directory, fire chief, DPW, and library staff, etc.), supporting members of the public pre- and post- vaccination as well as coordinating medical records and their retrieval, coordinating software and computer support of the clinic. Helped increase patient vaccinations per clinic from 120 to highest of 1579 in one day.
