Principal staff advisor and assistant to the Chancellor and senior leaders on institutional advancement initiatives to enhance AFIT’s visibility and reputation among strategic partners, key stakeholders and alumni.Communications, Marketing and Strategic Planning• Researched and produced diverse outreach products including feature articles, news releases, fact sheets, newsletters, web-based content, photographs, videos and social media posts to engage stakeholders and enhance AFIT’s reputation.• Program manager for the AFIT public website; led a team of more than 50 page maintainers; analyzed usage statistics to ensure content accuracy and relevance; provided recommendations for strategic adjustments to optimize website performance and engagement.• Developed and executed AFIT’s strategic communications plan, fostering brand awareness to promote and maintain support from key stakeholders in government, academia and industry.Program and Project Management• Solely responsible for establishing and executing the operational infrastructure and overall strategic direction for AFIT’s Graduate School of Engineering and Management’s alumni affairs activities, enhancing alumni engagement and support.• Responsible for all external communication and outreach activities with alumni through newsletters, annual reports, social media and personal interactions, fostering strong alumni relationships.• Chaired AFIT’s Centennial Celebration Planning Committee, orchestrating the planning and execution of major institute events through effective project management and leadership of 23-member committee. • Managed faculty personnel programs, assisted search committees and prepared faculty data reports including salary comparison and demographic analysis.• Assisted faculty in planning for their professional development quarter; efficiently collected, analyzed and communicated funding information totaling more than 1.5 million dollars annually.
