CurrentHaughton Design provide innovative design solutions in to global medical device and pharmaceutical clients.My main responsibility focuses on operational effectiveness and commercial performance.Key areas of focus include:- Development of marketing strategy, business plans, and growth strategy- Business Development activities, promoting Haughton Design to prospects and clients- Supply chain management- Management of non-chargeable resource allocation, ensuring internal projects are effectively resourced- Commercial project management, ensuring all projects meet commercial targets- Commercial forecasting and KPI reporting- Driving company profitability to achieve growth and investment targets- Management of contractual requirements, internal & external, including MSA's, NDA's and Sub Contractor Agreements- Ensuring HD's operations are effective and efficient- Procurement management
