Retired :)I have the drive and perseverance to get the job done. As a teenager I found a way to finish high school in just 3 years; I took classes at night and only took classes that counted. In business I set high goals for my career which began as a molding operator on a factory floor in Plymouth, MA. When I left the company I had achieved the role of EVP, Operations. And again in education, I earned my 4 year Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in just 2 years. In business, I thrive when helping others learn and grow. My favorite phrase is “How can I help you?”. I value quality work, innovative solutions, collaboration, “the facts”, respect for others, and people with integrity. My proudest moments in business include attainment of QS9000/ISO9002, the implementation of lean work cell manufacturing, opening day of a new manufacturing plant in Wyoming, MI, and the turnaround of two composites manufacturing companies.TURNAROUND MANAGEMENTHaving grown up in a manufacturing company, from the bottom to the top, I have first-hand knowledge of the orchestration needed, of the different functions, to achieve company success. With that, I have helped many individuals, departments, and companies make the necessary changes for success.GROWTH INITIATIVESI have brokered the sale of 16 businesses with some rather intense due diligence over the years.
