I can help to create or develop strategic plans to align products in existing or new market sectors. By using my knowledge and contact network, I can identify new opportunities in a different sector for a product, facilitate introductions and open doors.Examples of the range of work I have been involved in include:• Strategic market planning and implementation.• Using my extensive network of contacts at all levels in the industry sectors, I arrange relevant introductions, virtual and face to face meetings across sector. This introduces products from one sector to a market in a different sector.• Facilitated relationships between my client, Government advisors, BEIS, Primes, Universities and SME’s and relevant Trade Associations to open new opportunities for my client in a new industry sector.• Exhibition selection, stand administration and setup, staffing the stand, pre and post communications with prospects and clients, lead generation.• Arranging market-sector events for my client to promote products and services to others in the sector.• I created 75 leads for a client in the rail sector through trade shows, relationship building and profile raising.• Representing companies at Trade networking events, seminars, virtual meetings.
