She provides direct advocacy and strategic communications services, and advises clients on political, legislative, regulatory, and public policy issues. Prior to opening her own consulting firm in 2006, Kathy served as Vice-President for Government Relations for the Texas Cable & Telecommunications Association and led the lobby practices of two Austin law firms. She worked for three members of the Texas Legislature, two members of the executive branch elected statewide, and two appointed state agency executives. Kathy is a fifth-generation Texan and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin.
