I am responsible for managing new & existing relationships for self funded clients & brokers. Evaluate plan costs, provide analytical & strategic solutions to build on successful relationships. - Manage and build relationships with key players within an assigned book of business, consisting of regional and national clients, for all Cofinity markets; consistently meet retention goals- Develop and execute proactive service strategy with internal and external partners to meet customer service expectations- Coordinate resolution by managing cross-functional teams such as operations, medical management, vendor partners, finance, and plan sponsors- Product portfolio includes medical, dental, medical management and Aetna IOE transplant network products for self-funded and fully insured clients- I work with Broker Consultants, Agents, TPAs, Aggregators and Health Plans on all Cofinity product offerings- Client size range 50 - 10,000 employees in Colorado and Michigan
