This process is in its early stages but is projected to gain the company more knowledgeable employees much more quickly than in the past.I changed our shipping areas to encompass a much more Lean process; cutting processing time and unneeded handling of incoming and outgoing product. I have also recently been added to the Corrective Action Response Team.
