With over 30 years of global finance experience in industry-leading companies, I am a strategic finance leader who can drive business transformation, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. I specialize in crisis management, investor relations and strategic planning.As the Senior Vice President at Brookdale, I led the IR section of the public turnaround strategy and business initiatives, and successfully defended the company from two years of activist campaigns. I was also recognized for my leadership in ESG efforts, and spoke at a prominent industry conference. Previously, I was the Vice President of Investor Relations at Mead Johnson Nutrition, where I ranked as a top “IR Professional – Food Sector” each year from 2013 to 2017, and expanded the IR program to increase non-U.S. ownership. I also took on the interim leadership of Corporate Financial Reporting during a executive transition, and managed the filing of the 10-Q SEC financial statement. For seven years, I lived and worked in Japan and South Asia.
