* Learning & Development - Ensure the training plan is implemented properly and under budget control by coordinating closely with HRM, HOD to define the TNA & provide the best suitable training solutions.- Monitor the training plan within approved budget, including these areas: Technical skill, Leadership/ Management Skill & soft skill- Coordinate with internal trainers to establish internal training courses and update regularly- Well prepare for the training: in-house, internal, public, workshop, seminar… accordance with the training policy and process from plan to being done the training.- Manage database, reports, training records, training provider list, internal trainers, hard & soft copy books, materials … also prepare other administration reports as required .- Always practice PDCA to improve procedures.- Build Training Metric to control database.- Closely cooperate with HR for training needs.- Reporting to Assistant Training and Development Manage.
