• Responsible for 6 locations of Property Management Accounting with over 1,600 Properties. Balancing all Trust, Security Deposit and Corporate Bank Accounts. Prepare all Monthly Reporting for Upper Management Monthly Meetings.• Work orders for maintenance issues from inception to dispatching vendors, getting owner approvals, notifying tenants, follow up on work done, receive, post and pay vendor bills.• Maintain database, generate and produce 1099’s at year end for all vendors and owners.• Pay mileage reimbursements and bonuses to employees.• Various other tenants, owners and vendor customer service throughout the month.
