Kathy manages all onboarding efforts; is responsible for managing customer relationships; maintains daily administrative activities for the AdminaHealth portal; participates in discussions on product enhancement; represents AdminaHealth at national and local conferences; and provides ongoing staff support.

Salus Finance helps self-funded companies streamline healthcare-related expenses and supports companies transitioning into self-funded plans. Kathy is responsible for day-to-day business activities and facilitates all administration tasks.

IDOC is a practice management and development organization for optometrists.At IDOC, Kathy took on the following responsibilities: Created and developed Member Service Department and oversaw a team of five; developed new welcome and onboarding initiative that increased new member engagement by 50%; monitored utilization, growth and member activity through Salesforce.com to identify underactive members with which to engage; analyzed weekly metrics and provided data to management team to identify attrition trends, onboarding status, member feedback, and vendor promotion activity; and reviewed quarterly vendor reports for changes in sales and rebates to identify areas of growth. During Kathy’s time at IDOC, the Member Service Team’s efforts resulted in a better Net Promoter Score (client satisfaction survey), which rose from 36 to 57 in 2014. The company also saw retention at 93% in 2014; the forecasted retention for 2015 grew to 95%. The company surpassed its growth goal for key accounts: Luxottica achieved 120% of its sales promotion goal for Q1; Essilor increased member participation for rebate eligibility from 10% to 25% YTD 2015; and ALCON, a new contact lens vendor for 2015, saw 80% in membership enrollment.
