Responsible for providing a generalist HR Advisory Service to Hire Division primarily covering the North, Midlands and all of Building Services. I support colleagues with the following: Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management, Performance & Development, Responsible Business and Health & Wellbeing.
