Additional tasks included being the team liaison to the Release Management Office and various project review committees.Accomplishments include: The successful migration of switching Russian local card transactions to the new domestic platform created revolving around the Russian governmental decree (project was successful under a very challenging timeframe).

Managed operational and capital projects at the St. Louis site. Site includes a distribution center, data center, production facility and offices in two buildings (approximately 550,000 sq ft). Developed and oversaw project deliverables, plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and roles. Authored and developed user requirements, commissioning, validation, and verification protocols, and GMP preventative maintenance and calibration standard operating procedures. Maintained GMP compliant systems such as: environmental monitoring, generators, departmental point of contact for quality management system. Developed departmental change controls, responded to deviations and corrective action/preventative action reports, and summarized implementations. Managed engineering, operational, maintenance, and capital projects.
