Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, appropriately handle sensitive employee issues, and research and resolve employee questions. Respond to requests regarding employee benefits, payroll, and employment services using HRIS systems. Proficient in PeopleSoft, PeopleAdmin, Kronos, CRM, and Office 365.

Organize and implement activities for youth campers ages 4-10 years old. Lead sports and outdoor activities with a different focus each week through collaboration with the University of Montana Outdoor Program. Work with children of all different backgrounds, including refugees and youth who have learning disabilities. Lifeguard and belay certified.
