Promoted to manager within a week. Opened and closed park, assisted customers at concessions, welcomed & checked in customers (cash register), served multiple large groups as a party hostess, and ran various park stations. Resolved customer disputes. Worked with a wide age range including young children and teenagers.

Volunteered to serve various communities in the state of Michigan. Set and accomplished weekly and long-term teaching and personal-improvement goals. Taught an average of 16 individuals and groups each week on how to enrich their lives through personal application and study both in person and through virtual means such as text and Zoom Meet. Trained and counseled new missionaries in teaching and adjusting to the rigorous schedule. Daily dealing with strangers and becoming comfortable with rejection.

Check in returned library materials, shelve returned and used materials within the library, read shelves and reshelve misplaced items, answer in-person & over the phone inquiries. Started training and filling in for clerk duties as needed including creating patron accounts, checking items in & out, placing items on hold, patron account resolution.
