An event space and photographic studio in our space upstairs that cost £40k to build but brought in a revenue to date of £80k.

Ensuring the events run smoothly and being on call for events I do not attend in person and fire fighting as required.Compliance - Ensure that the company is up together with EHO and H&S procedures and that all staff are trained.HR Managment - Payroll, hiring, training, daily management of 3 office staff and up to 30 zero hours or self employed staff, KPI management and mentoring the team to enable them to grow to their best potential within the company.Department Structure - Workplan creation and management, job creation and management and budget planning for staff.Product Innovation - Managing the seasonal changes to the menus and rolling out throughout the company. Overseeing the creation of spec sheets and allergen information.Suppliers - Responsible for choosing suppliers, maintaining relationships and reviewing competitive pricing on a regular basis.Commission Work - Planning, training and organising events and weddings for Pieminister Northern restaurant branches.
