In this role I assist in all aspects of the AKS recruiting process. I take candidates through the hiring process and am the primary point of contact for their inquiries. In addition, I coordinate with multiple hiring managers to schedule interviews and support hiring managers by providing detailed notes from candidate phone calls and reference phone calls. Other responsibilities include generating and analyzing reports, candidate review, tracking candidate status, creating job postings, and assisting in recruiting-related social media.
