- Led the day-to-day general operations of a national Psychedelic Peer Support Line, including schedule optimization of 100+ volunteers and direct supervision of three supervisors- Advised on strategic planning and special projects for agency growth and line expansion, including proposals for funding initiatives- Co-created a Support Line Volunteer four-day core training - Oversaw a Learning Management System (LMS) for ongoing volunteer training - Oversaw outreach infrastructure, including the creation of, supervision, and training of Brand Ambassadors- Supported the deepening of Fireside Project’s role as a participant in and driver of the national conversation regarding psychedelic risk reduction, equity, and inclusion within the psychedelic field and psychedelic peer support. -Managed the operations of Soteria Vermont: a novel internationally acclaimed community-based therapeutic milieu that offers a holistic, transformative, and unique model for first episode psychosis/non-consensus reality states. Soteria is an alternative/preventative to acute psychiatric hospitalization. Soteria Vermont is the only Soteria in the U.S.- Ensured program adherence to state licensing requirements - Supervised the Soteria services team —approximately 25 staff, including direct oversight of five leadership and nursing staff- Budget oversight (~$1 million per year)

- Supervised a team of up to six staff providing modified Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services to approximately 70 service recipients in Chittenden County, Vermont - Provided staff utilization oversight and ensured Medicaid compliance- Guided staff in utilizing skills/philosophies outlined in Service Coordinator description below

- Provided Intensive Case Management (ICM) services to a caseload of 20-25 individuals under the supervision of the Vermont Department of Corrections who experienced barriers to housing due to significant mental health challenges, substance use, and a history of incarceration- Improved program retention and partnership communication, which led to an expansion of funding and increase in services - Utilized the Housing First philosophy to assess needs, develop a housing and services plan, access community resources and supports, link to appropriate services, and develop a crisis prevention/intervention plan- Oversaw service plans, records, and service reports- Participated in rotating 24/7 on-call service for the statewide Housing First team
