My responsibilities included the writing and production of various broadcast items for Accenture's North America CEO, Jimmy Etheredge. This included the creation of content, shoot and broadcast logistics, and materials. I worked with our team to develop and create written communications and internal articles, tracked metrics for our content, and reviewed social media deliverables. In addition to my Marketing and Communications role in North America, I also served as the Midwest Communications Lead, handling communications materials and delivering messages and content to our 11,000+ Midwest people.. I served as a broadcast liaison for various Accenture employee resource groups, working with them to schedule their webcasts, create content and logistics for said webcasts, develop agendas, and communicate their programs via internal channels like articles, social media posts, and emails. I have been the Chicago Communications Lead for Accenture's Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program since 2015, and won a US Corporate Citizenship volunteer award in 2016 along with my team. I am currently a Mental Health Ally for my peers in the company, and I am an LGBT Ally as well.

This included editing audio for time and the addition of necessary and relevant sound effects and music. These environmental messages aired daily on WCPT - Chicago's Progressive Talk (AM 820, and 92.5, 92.7, & 99.9 FM) at 8:20am and 4:47pm weekdays. Proved flexibility by working in several different departments within the Editorial Department at Groupon. Climbed up the Site Administration ladder by starting in Merchant Center Creation - including training new hires, to Deal Creation - which involved the creation of deals for Groupon.com, and finally Quality Assurance. Worked with other departments within Groupon including the Sales Team to assure quality of all deals before they went live on Groupon.com, made sure to eliminate potential mistakes and problems. Worked with the Image Team on image design for both major and small market deals, and performed light Photoshop work on deals in specific markets.

Started as a Production Assistant, booking guests and scheduling phone interviews. Within my 3+ years at Oprah Radio, I moved into an Associate Producer role for the Dr. Oz, Jean Chatzky, Bob Greene, Rev. Ed Bacon and Michael Lozier shows. I also served as a writer/creative producer of various promotional and imaging content for the channel; some of which aired across the Sirius/XM platform. Winner of the 2011 Gracie Award for Outstanding PSA for Oprah Winfrey's No Phone Zone Campaign. Other duties included booking guests, brainstorming show flows, managing social media platforms, and facilitating all recordings and editing for all mentioned shows.

Facilitated the construction of The Oprah Store including handling of building materials and architectural drawings. Worked with architects and Harpo teams to ensure smooth communication before, during, and after building process was completed.

Facilitated communications between Account Executives and clients, worked with copywriters and graphics department on various promotional content including print and television media. Managed promotional and sweepstakes content for various clients.
