• Responsible for tenant, property and portfolio analysis on over 2.5 million square feet of university and commercial holdings in Cambridge and Allston, Massachusetts. • Performed ad hoc revenue and expense analysis on properties in Allston for internal leasing group as well as Allston Development Group. • Supported the department management and property operation groups in all areas of finance including budget preparation, monthly and annual financial reporting, property performance analysis, ad hoc financial analysis, lease management, cash flow modeling and tax and percentage rent reconciliation.

• Managed various commercial real estate backed loans by researching, analyzing and maintaining account data and preparing reports for loan officers and portfolio manager. • Analyzed monthly property financial statements against underwritten assumptions, tested ratios and other financial covenants to ensure borrower compliance. • Monitored collateral in a variety of real estate sectors including multi-family, hospitality, office, land development and retail space. Also perform quarterly credit evaluations on each account. • Participated in three separate volunteer “task forces”, aimed at streamlining and enhancing loan management procedures. Prepared and assisted in presentation of “task force” findings and results to senior management.

• Assisted in planning venture capital forums and workshops geared toward women entrepreneurs. • Trained new interns, managed the publication and design of a key public relations piece, organized the implementation of new webpage, and conducted extensive internet research.
