I have a Master's of Arts in Teaching degree from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing from Mississippi State University. With over 15 years of experience in the learning and development field, I have successfully implemented various learning initiatives, such as online learning platforms, competency-based assessments, leadership development programs, and employee engagement surveys. I have also partnered with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the learning needs and goals of the organization are met. My core competencies include team building, management, leadership, instructional design, curriculum development, and learning evaluation.
