With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, I have seen and done it all...almost. I started cooking at 15 to make a little spending money and quickly realized that this was the career path for me.I am a detail-oriented, culinary professional with expertise in client relationship management, customer loyalty and retention, and people management. I possess astute business understanding and am experienced in contributing to strategic planning, delivering improvements in processes, productivity, and costs. I exhibit excellent management skills including client relationships, negotiating, resolving disputes, and critical thinking.Demonstrated success in menu development, staff training and retention, administrative streamlining and spatial organization. A proven team leader that allows other the space to create their own successes.Accustomed to wearing many hats-accepting the position with TouchPoint was an easy decision to make. I'm thrilled to be gaining experience in an entirely new sector of food service- Patient Nutrition. Along with patient services, I'm able to lend my expertise to the retail side of business as well. A "hired gun", so to speak, I go where I'm needed. The aspect of this role I am most excited about is the upcoming Market and Co. brand that will be implemented at accounts in the greater Austin area. Combining c-store conveniences, local coffee shop comfort, and delicious quick serve bites will provide a unique new experience for hospital associates and visitors alike. I am eager to apply my knowledge and experience to this venture in the role of Executive Chef/Culinary Brand Manager.
