Overseeing all aspects of the business when the store manager is not there including staffing assignments, opening and closing, securing the building and outer perimeter, counting the safe and deposits, ensuring that the company is operationally and logistically sound, providing excellent customer service, making management decisions concerning both associates and customers.

Providing excellent customer service, opening and closing the Special Services department, handling special orders and management issues, communicating with vendors, training new associates and coordinating women’s workshops, store events and meetings.

Researching products and services, providing conceptual thinking and strategic planning for ad campaigns in multi-media settings.
