While on-boarding executives, the goal was to see the health of the business in real-time and address matters as they occurred. Blending the practice of an agile coach and relationship manager with each client-project-management objective, I provided the business intelligence required. I collaboratively reviewed cultural and performance goals and implemented best practices for team roll out increasing software adoption, reducing churn, solving productivity issues and determining next steps to develop the user interface (UI). In this role, I successfully migrated clients through 4 platforms, maintained high retention, explored affordable methods for lead generation, reduced cancellations, reacquired former customers, and helped build a pro-services/consulting team, which led to more revenue.
