I am currently the Visiting Assistant Professor of Homiletics and Pastoral Theology at Church Divinity School of the Pacific in Berkeley, CA. I approach theological education as my call to serve the greater church, work to which I am ordained by the Reformed Church in America. Before entering theological education as a vocation and completing my advanced degrees, I served as a worship pastor for nine years where I oversaw the worship life of a congregation as well as various other responsibilities including education, prayer, and youth ministries.
