• Responsible for all payroll activity including processing weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly payroll. Reporting payroll tax, payroll accounting, providing supporting documents for payroll audits, and using ADP Workforce.
• Work alongside Ernst & Young to reconcile and provide necessary reports to process Expat US tax returns
• Payroll team lead for project to build and implement new payroll system for US replacing current ADP system with Workday payroll system including training payroll staff and employees on new self-service system
• Coordinated with HR team to create a Business Continuity Plan post Harvey
