I have vaste experience in international public service ranging from the Finnish Government to the United Nations and the British Council’s EU Office. At the moment, I work at Demos Helsinki, the leading Nordic think tank, where we work towards more just and sustainable societies with a community of experts from different backgrounds. Recently I have been leading different projects around the world. Currently I am leading a project on defining the strategy for the Finnish public governance for 2020’s and beyond with the Ministry of Finance. In Bahrain, I’m leading an Innovation Advocates Programme for civil servants in collaboration with UNDP and BIPA. In Albania, I have built new capabilities for ADISALab in the context of the digital revolution supported by UNDP. Among others these projects highlight the passion I have for Governance Innovation. I work together with people to reimagine the future and to identify new approaches for the public sector to get there. Co-creation, capability-building, public speaking and new approaches to governance are at the core of my everyday work. I am always interested in new interesting ideas and opportunities.
