With over 10 years of experience as a program director at JW Foundation and 13 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, I am passionate about transforming our educational system to be more inclusive and supportive of all learners. I partner with administrators, educators, and coaches to develop programs around the JW Foundation's learning principles that best meet the individual needs of their students, school, or team. I believe that learning and growth are never-ending processes, and I look for opportunities to work beyond my comfort zone, learn from feedback and mistakes, and strive to grow and learn and do.
