- Designed from concept to prototype IoT (Internet of Things) kitchen application for Kickstarter kitchen appliance startup. 3D printed, painted, and cleaned looks like photo model of appliance.- Created Tinker the Robot; a robot that teaches kids electronics and programming.

Managed the engineering development, schedule, quality, and cost of multiple product lines, (i.e., Batman, WWE, Max Steel and Princess) product lines worth over $300 million in retail sales over three years. Led PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) that uses Citrix based PDM (Product Data Management) to coordinate product development cycle between product development team based in U.S. and Asia.- Collaborated with a team consisting of product design, packaging, marketing, and product integrity to move product life cycle forward. - Proposed strategies to reduce per-unit cost by minimizing manufacturing cycle as well as material outlay. Optimized product design for cost effective tooling and injection molding. - Led new product concept development including design and testing for high visibility items such as TV drivers.

Played a key role in development of three projects: Bio Fuel Development, Heat Tolerance of Composite Material, and Bio-Threat Detection. - Designed and developed electro-mechanical prototypes that were used to test concept feasibility and guide product design. Used Solidworks and AutoCAD to simulate prototype design before construction and testing. Documented and presented test concepts and experimental results to senior management.
