As an account manager, I was responsible for managing accounts, product launches, promotions and digital communications, as well as measuring client success across the commercial fitness segment. I managed over 120 clients representing 200+ locations of gyms and health clubs internationally. I gathered requirements from clients and delivered to the development team to create custom branded mobile applications for each health club. I worked closely with each client on marketing and promotion of the app to their members, while delivering monthly data and analytics on app usage to each customer. I also drove sales of new app features to clients to push growth and member engagement with the app.

Napa, California

As an intern for Viviani, I assisted in creating itineraries for both large corporate groups and small private groups of clients visiting the Napa Valley and Bay Area. I worked with wineries, restaurants, transportation services, and several other vendors to create itinerary proposals for clients. Negotiating contracts and developing elaborate event budgets were part of my responsibilities. Additionally, I helped with the physical execution of events, including the set up, break down, and overall flow and production of each event.

As a member of the music team, I facilitated concerts and events at SLO Brew. This included concert promotions, greeting and accommodating the band, prepping the Green Room, set up and tear down of shows, working at the door selling tickets, organizing sales and revenue at the end of the night, and overall helping with the running of the show.

As an event assistant, I worked at weddings and other special events. My duties included assisting the host/MC, setting up functional and decorative lighting fixtures, being a photo booth attendant, helping with set up and tear down of the event, and overall assisting in the production timeline of the event.

I worked with two adolescent boys who have autism. I would help them with their homework and tutor them in subjects such as Spanish, algebra, English, and social studies. Skills I gained from this experience include patience, focus, and efficiency.
