• Completed 12-month contract to establish American library and cultural center (American Corner) through a grant provided by US Department of State; part of a US soft-policy, pro-democracy initiative launched.
• Responsible for curating library, developed organizational infrastructure and record keeping policies, created membership database and recruited patrons
• Developed programming relevant to community, including implementation and coordination of volunteer projects where none had previously existed
• Implemented mechanisms and networks so that responsibilities could be transferred to new coordinators, as the position rotates annually
