I am a dedicated and ambitious individual with over 15-yrs experience working for major corporations in South Wales. I have significant experience in logistics, procurement and production administration/planning, as well as in the analysis of data for financial forecasts. My work has also focused on cost-down activities and defect and productivity analyses to improve profitability. I have successfully negotiated and managed global supply chains with suppliers and customers in Europe, Asia and North America, achieving KPIs. Working closely with design teams, I actively and effectively sourced new items for New Model Introduction. I have experience with business improvement analysis, stock control and the negotiation of cost-effective logistics partnerships, as well as a long-standing appreciation of Lean production concepts and their implementation, along with those of 5S and Kaizen.
