• Locate and retrieve customer that failed to appear in court per the terms of their bail agreement.• Research the nature of the case, locate the person (contactable details) and develop a recovery strategy.• Follow a strict Procedure during the recovery process.• Tele Calling or Tracing Written off Accounts from 6 to 48+ months to reach customer for their payment and make their accounts active.• Reach customers and Negotiate for settlement/repayment Plan.

• Processed paperworks and contracts obtained by sales executives as well as maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details, product preferences and correspondence addresses ( Scope of support: Carestream, SonicWall accounts )• Responsible in the application of payments receivable from customers made through BACS, wire transfers, check or credit cards for a customer’s service subscription.• Ensures goods are delivered on schedule to customers and maintain updated records on sales figures on daily/weekly basis.• Responsible for processing invoices, setting up payment accounts via bank transfer or credit card and investigating overdue payment using an online CRM tool.• Estimates product if requested by customer and closely monitors the progress of the ongoing orders.
