Supervised 6 personnel that conducted CBRN reconnaissance and biological decontamination during deployed operations to South Korea. Planned and managed over 25 projects; established timelines, made work assignments, forecasted resource requirements, and supervised on-time completion of projects. Assessed training needs, planned & conducted professional development training, and updated training delivery methods based on evaluations of training program effectiveness.
