As the Director of Corporate Engagement at OneTen, a coalition of leading companies committed to hiring and advancing one million Black Americans over the next 10 years, I leverage my leadership coaching, business development, and process improvement skills to create and manage strategic partnerships with employers, educators, and nonprofits. With over 15 years of experience in various leadership and sales roles across different industries, I have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering value to stakeholders.My mission is to empower and enable individuals and organizations to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on society. As an adjunct professor at Atlanta Metropolitan State College, I teach courses in business communication, law, fundamentals, and CRM, and share my insights and best practices from my previous roles as a National Account Director at Year Up, a life and health sciences consultant, and a certified master black belt and leadership consultant. I am also certified as a teacher of English to speakers of other languages, and enjoy helping students from diverse backgrounds and cultures to succeed in their academic and professional goals.
