In my current position I am implementing accounting, billing processes, recruiting, corporate structure, and multiple project executions for a growing group practice. My role is to use accounting software, EHR software, and CRM software to create process, manage, and grow the organization. In addition I am responsible for forecasting, budgeting, record keeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and billing insurance. Other accounting activities include ledger, journal entries, and reconciliation. In the time I have been in my role I have grown gross profit from $99k to $380k while increasing our workforce by 500%.

In my current position I move loans from application to closing. My job is to consider source documents and prepare loan files for underwriting. As part of my role I must stay abreast of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA finance selling guides. Gateway has a multitude of lending options and the financial portfolio of the clients vary just as much.

In this position, I received checks from the insurance company and applied them to the correct patient and service. Checks can be small and contain one or two services or be high dollar and have hundreds of services. All checks must be keyed the same month they are received. All checks must reconcile and have no variables or unapplied payments. Other responsibilities were to reduce AR by collecting insurance payments using the appeals process. My position required me to understand all stages of AR.

Loan Processor: As a loan processor I take files from submission to the lender to purchasing. I am the team lead. Other responsibilities include putting together training for new hires, and emergency resolution.

In this position I took distressed, Bank of America homeowners through the short sale process with the intention of preventing foreclosure. In position I was required to meet rigorous QA standards with a score of 100% in the processing of any file before underwriter review.

My primary responsibility as a counselor was to provide realistic options to distressed homeowners. In this position I educated our clients about guidelines for Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, and USDA Loans, to provide them information about programs they qualify for. I also developed budgets to get the homeowner’s back on track.

My role at Redline was to take Chase’s tertiary loans from default to short sale. Collected on past due foreclosed mortgages that were considered noncollectable.

Initially I was a collector for homeowners that were seriously past due. Over time my roll became primarily loss mitigation.

I provided service to the patient by reviewing their EOB’s and making posting corrections. I also took quality management complaints and set up payment arrangements.
