The philanthropy of Alpha Chi Omega works with the Middle Way House to raise awareness about domestic violence and sexual assault. The Middle Way House provides emergency shelter to individuals who don't feel safe in their home due to violence. I am the direct connection between Alpha Chi Omega and the Middle Way House that is located in Bloomington, Indiana. -Budget and plan philanthropy fundraising events-Collect clothing and household items to donate-Speak in front of the Alpha Chi Omega chapter informing our members of upcoming events

During the summer of 2024 I interned as a "Premium Supervisor" for the Cincinnati Reds and Delaware North.-Supervised a team of 60 Gameday Catering attendants on site at Great American Ballpark, overseeing premium catering services, ensuring top-tier customer experiences for VIP guests-Adapted communication and leadership techniques based off of colleagues personalities, experience, and backgrounds -Communicated effectively with customers of all ages, from children to seniors, and adeptly resolved any conflicts or issues that arose-Coordinated and managed all aspects of Gameday Catering, including food and beverage delivery, and inventory control to maintain smooth operations during high pressure events-Grew emotional intelligence skills by being provided situations where remaining calm and providing quick solutions was needed

Their goal as a company is to enhance each facility’s unique sense of community and deliver a delightful swimming experience to its members, while keeping safety as the top priority. Another goal of SwimSafes is to hire caring, hard working employees to ensure the customers enjoy their experience at the Swim Club.-Completed days of CPR training as well as water rescue to ensure the safety of all swim club customers.-Advanced my people skills and learned to manage rude customers by politely catering their needs and successfully turning a problem into a solution. -Utilized my cleaning skills and put them to use at the Swim Club as the lifeguards were responsible for keeping the entire Swim Club clean and intact.
