I oversaw the annual planning and public participation process for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and lead a team that prioritized applications for financing. I communicated program and planning information to the Missouri Safe Drinking Water Commission and various stakeholders. I reported program operations, activities and statistics to the Environmental Protection Agency. I conducted related activities including permitting and National Environmental Policy Act reviews.
