Being a part of Corporate training team, I am handling end to end transaction and delivery oftrainings.• Understanding the training requirements (Technical/ Non-Technical/Niche /Priority)from respective Business Managers / Clients.• Fulfilling the requirements by sourcing Trainers / Freelancers/ Consultants through theDatabase, Job portals, References, Headhunting & Social networking sites• Negotiating with the trainers/vendors to achieve expected margin• End to end training co-ordination for the corporate clients at PAN India level.• Preparing Training Calendar, Monthly Report, Feedback Analysis.• Track training progress, and follow up with Client, Trainer & Vendor to ensure smoothfunctioning of training.• Good experience in managing Logistics including Classroom, Lab (physical / remote /virtual), trainer’s travel and accommodation, etc.• Negotiating with trainer/Vendors/ Clients on the commercial.• Managing smooth relationship with client and trainers in all the aspects to improve theQuality of Service• Responsible to execute all the technical / Non-Technical evaluation calls with the client.• Maintaining own database of Trainers. Developing, sustaining and nurturing relationshipswith external trainers.

• Understanding the technical needs of the projects.• Interaction with projects manager and L&D SPOC.• Sourcing & Screening the trainer’s profiles for required trainings using different portals.• End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Trainingactivities.• Searching / sourcing potential trainers from various sources.• Screening the trainer profiles submitting for the training requirements received fromclients.• Conducting the technical - call between the client and the trainer for the evaluation andselection of the profile sourced.• Co -ordination end to end between the client and trainer and the Knowledge servicesteam from the selection of trainer to travel arrangements to payments made.• Consistent follow - through and resourcefulness with the Learning & Development teamsof clients in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.• Maintaining Training Feedback form from the trainees about the Trainer & Training.• Collecting Training Course Material from the trainer
