Main Security officer for Marconi House. Provide security and reception duties for Bauer Media and it's respective radio stations such as Newstalk, 98fm and Todayfm. My main duties involve access control for any visitors arriving on-site whether for professional reasons or interviews with the hosts.I also aid in the on-boarding of new members of staff by setting up their access profiles and explaining all security procedures. If any incidents occur I am capable of handling of handling it myself and should the need arise, I raise the incident to my superiors.

I am a Corporate security officer for a sight in Sandyford, I am part of the day team and thus all the responsibilities during the busy day period. some of my duties for this role include reception desk where I check to make sure they have correct clearance to be on site and liase with their persons of contact as well ensure that badges for all staff members on the property are correctly allocated and present at all times. my duties also include patrols of the office space in order to make sure safety and emergency systems are functioning correctly while also checking to make sure all the staff on site are being compliant with rules and regulations of the company itself. I was a retail security officer for the Frascati shopping centre in Blackrock where some of my duties included opening and closing procedures of the mall itself where I followed all SOP'S to safety check locks, alarm systems and ensure no unauthorised personnel where on site. Another duty of mine which I spent a large period of time with was access control and CCTV applications in our control room on site. This Included monitoring staff and customers on the premises in order to make sure all where safe and that no other issues where occurring to any of the tenants or their stores. It also included using the carparkimg system which allowed me to check any outstanding ticket balances or other information regarding customers coming in and out. I also worked closely with Zurich who was a neighbouring site of ours to perform fire tests and safety drills to make sure all procedures where up to standard.

When I started off working in the I was on the front desk where my duties mostly started off as a membership consultant. I handled cash transactions, opened and closed the club and brought potential clients on tours around the premises. I also was tasked with pool facility plant room jobs which included keeping chemical levels of the pool up to optimum levels l. My biggest area in this job would have been the customer service side where I dealt with any issues or queries of the members of the club itself or hotel guests.
